Based in Malvern, PA, CPI boasts a workforce of over 2,500 associates, with multiple manufacturing facilities, corporate offices, and service branches worldwide.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Technician - Field Operations to support the Danbury and surrounding areas.
Role Overview:
The primary objective of this position is to maintain, repair, upgrade, and conduct preventative maintenance on coin and currency systems, ATMs, software, and specialized office equipment at client locations in the Danbury area. The technician will collaborate closely with sales and service teams at their branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on company equipment.
- Travel daily to client sites using a company vehicle.
- Coordinate with branch personnel to meet client requirements.
- Respond to customer service requests within established timelines.
- Participate in extended hours coverage and on-call duties as needed.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicle stock parts.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, including regular service intervals.
- Safeguard company-issued assets, including tablets and mobile devices.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a technical service role or similar field.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to access highly secure environments.
- Occupational licenses may be required based on territory.
- Strong electromechanical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread work.
- Proficient in iOS, MS Office, and Windows operating systems.

- Capability to stand for extended periods while servicing equipment.
