About the Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Assistants and Service Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ensuring the timely completion of jobs
  • Ordering parts and maintaining inventory levels
  • Ensuring the quality of work and exceeding customer expectations
  • Communicating safety and mechanical issues to the store manager
  • Providing excellent customer service and sales support
Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
