Job Summary:
The Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in collaborating with program management, customers, and manufacturing teams to establish and uphold the company’s quality standards and testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities:


- Provide insights and collaborate to address manufacturing challenges.
- Work closely with program teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and manage issue logs.
- Contribute to the development of Quality Control plans.
- Design, implement, and assess quality assurance sampling systems, procedures, and statistical methods.
- Specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
- Analyze production limitations and recommend specification revisions.
- Formulate quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions on quality assurance concepts and tools.
- Collaborate with various engineering functions and engage with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and principles.
- Experience in engaging with both internal and external customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong skills in statistical analysis and quality assurance methodologies.
