Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications developed by Della Infotech. This includes conducting manual and automated testing, creating and maintaining test data, and documenting test results. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in testing large, complex web-based applications, including functional testing, integration testing, accessibility testing, load testing, stress testing, performance testing, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual and automated testing of applications
  • Create and maintain test data
  • Document test results
  • Review methodology documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Design, develop, and document test plans and test scripts
  • Work closely with technical team members and other project stakeholders
  • Provide and model positive, professional, and courteous customer service

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in testing large, complex web-based applications
  • Experience with manual and automated testing tools
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cypress JS and NVDA
  • Experience with MS Team Foundation Server (TFS)
  • Experience with MS Power Apps
  • Experience working in a public sector

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an IT-related field

Additional Information:

  • Position is in Montgomery, Alabama
  • Candidate must work onsite at the DHR facility in Montgomery
  • No telecommuting or work from home is allowed
