Data Center Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for supporting both company-specific servers and data center buildouts at customer data centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for data center hardware and infrastructure
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct failure analysis and root cause identification
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in data center hardware and infrastructure
- Level 2 experience working in a test lab environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
