Job Title: Data Center Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Technician to join our team at Insight Global. As a Data Center Technician, you will be responsible for supporting both company-specific servers and data center buildouts at customer data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for data center hardware and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause identification
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data center hardware and infrastructure
  • Level 2 experience working in a test lab environment
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
