Position Overview

Classet is a prominent name in the home improvement and repair services sector. We are in search of organized and driven candidates to ensure our daily operations run seamlessly. The starting hourly wage ranges from $22 to $26 based on your qualifications.

In this role, you will manage calls to inform our clients about the various services and solutions we offer, as well as our operational model. No prior construction experience is necessary.

This position is characterized by a high volume of calls and a dynamic work environment, making it essential for the candidate to excel in a fast-paced setting. Additionally, you will handle various administrative responsibilities, including warranty inquiries, data management, and customer follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and developing our team of craftsmen, which includes conducting screening calls, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
  • Identifying networking opportunities to promote our services within the community.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience with scheduling is preferred.
  • Ability to work in-person at our office.
  • Strong computer and typing skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to assisting our valued customers and craftsmen.
  • Familiarity with the industry and experience using the Service Titan platform is highly advantageous.
