GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operations of our warehouse, preparing schedules, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse, including preparing schedules and supervising a team of warehouse staff.
- Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy and adhere to the 7S program.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, team members, and other departments.
- Implement continuous improvement action plans to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
- Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.
