Assembly Technician

Rainier Industries is a leading manufacturer with a rich history of producing high-quality products. We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble a variety of products, including wayfinding signage, wallpaper vinyl graphics, retail displays, and industrial art.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure high-quality production.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team to meet production schedules.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production processes.
  • Perform tasks that require manual dexterity, including lifting and maneuvering materials up to 75 pounds.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish colors.
  • Good attendance, punctuality, and ability to work overtime/weekends when needed.
  • Ability to communicate and understand directions both verbally and written.
  • Proficiency with computers and confident mathematic skills.

Benefits:

  • Hourly pay rate: $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
