Precision Machining Technician

Ascentec Engineering is seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our team. As a Deburr Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our precision-machined parts.
Key Responsibilities- Deburr and clean precision-machined parts using hand tools and power tools
- Work with precision-machined parts, cleaning, deburring, sanding, lapping, etc.
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools, including DA Sanders, drills, Dremels, torque drivers, etc.
- Install studs, standoffs, and helicoils
- Lift objects up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Read and understand customer specifications, prints, and drawings
- No experience required, but having experience with precision-machined parts, cleaning, deburring, sanding, lapping, etc. is a plus
- Automotive experience is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Understanding of hardware installation
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Ability to read and understand customer specifications, prints, and drawings
