- Game Day Operations: Supervise the overall operation of designated sports on game day, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
- Customer Service: Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills, providing exceptional support to players, parents, and coaches.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with players, parents, and coaches.
- Sport-Specific Knowledge: Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge, with a strong understanding of flag football fundamentals and strategies.
- Leadership Abilities: Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Safety and Risk Management: Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players.
- Relationship Building: Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
