Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Utilize Predictive Maintenance (PdM) Technologies, including Lubrication, Ultrasonic Testing, Thermography, and Vibration Analysis, to assess, monitor, and anticipate equipment failures in a proactive maintenance setting.

* Diagnose, repair, and enhance Nutritional Processing and/or Packaging machinery.

* Execute PdM Routes employing PdM Technologies (Thermography, Ultrasonic Testing, Vibration Analysis).

* Conduct equipment calibrations.

* Troubleshoot and repair Process Control Systems, packaging machinery, and processing equipment.

* Collaborate with manufacturing representatives, Project Engineering, Contract Engineering, and departmental staff on new equipment installations.

* Modify existing machinery and identify alternative solutions for improving control systems.

* Inspect, operate, and test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions and support root cause analysis.

Desired Experience

Possess a two-year Associate Degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent), along with at least one (1) year of relevant experience, or

* Have completed a certified electronics technology apprenticeship program, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, or

* Have at least five (5) years of experience in industrial electronics maintenance.

* Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

* Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision, possessing good organizational and planning abilities.

* Exhibit a willingness to learn new job-related skills and possess strong troubleshooting and analytical capabilities.

* Ability to adhere to and maintain detailed repair procedures.
