Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Specialist Duties
- Delivering unparalleled customer service to private, military, and corporate aviation clients.
- Coordinating aircraft services, including fuel orders and safe aircraft movements.
- Arranging personal services such as hotel bookings, catering, and ground transportation.
- Ensuring accurate communication through various channels (radio, telephone, electronic, etc.).
- Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Updating vehicle inventory and operational logs to reflect daily activities.
- Collaborating closely with team members and crew to meet customer needs.
- Safely transporting passengers and crew to terminals or accommodations as requested.
- Assisting with aircraft movements and parking as necessary.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Customer Service Specialist Requirements
- Comprehensive training in aviation safety and customer service will be provided.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to see and hear clearly.
- Proficient in reading, comprehending, and speaking English.
- Capable of climbing, bending, and moving in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as needed.
- Regularly able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Other Requirements
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proficient in computer operations and typing.
- Ability to write clearly and legibly.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
Education
- High school diploma or GED is required.
