Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airport Cabin Trainer/Supervisor to join our team at Unifi Aviation, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective cleaning and maintenance of our aircraft cabins.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Daily Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cabin cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Cabin Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and service aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories, to the highest standards.
  • Prepare the Cabin for Customer Boarding: Ensure the cabin is clean and ready for customer boarding, including cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
  • Handle and Install Passenger Service Furnishings: Check, handle, assemble, remove, and install passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies according to specifications.
  • Assist Ramp Agents: Assist ramp agents when cabin cleaning is complete.
  • Perform FOD Walks: Perform FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks in the ramp area between flights.
  • Marshal Aircraft: Marshal aircraft during arrival and departure.
  • Ensure Ground Equipment Availability: Ensure necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
  • Read and Interpret Aircraft Documents: Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, aircraft loading manifest, and baggage routing tags.
Requirements
  • Local Residency: Must be a local (in-state) resident.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid In-State Driver's License.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • SIDA Training: Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED.
Working Conditions
  • Flexibility: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis, and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
