Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Clerk to join our team at our new Skogen's Festival Foods grocery store in Hudson, WI. As a Guest Services Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving any complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining all cash and media at the Service Counter registers.
- Distribute cashier tills and partner with cashiers throughout the day to ensure associate and guest needs are being met.
- Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Provide guests with exchanges, refunds, discounts, coupons, or other offers related to their retail store account activity.
- Perform guest verifications, processing orders, applications, forms, and requests.
- Direct unresolved issues and requests to the appropriate designated resource.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of standards, procedures, and policies regarding guest service.
- Minimum availability of 16 hours a week with a minimum of 8 hours per day during available days.
- Ability to process information/merchandise through the register system.
- Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
- Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Knowledge of a wide range of goods and services of Festival Foods.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Sound practical judgment of priorities.
- Interest in helping and working with guests.

- Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
- Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
- Vision & Dental Insurance: Part-time and full-time associates are eligible for vision insurance and two dental coverage options that are designed to fit your needs.
