About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team. As a member of this team, you will utilize your training experience and enthusiasm for professional development to ensure that the myPlace Health team can deliver the highest level of care to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences across various formats, including eLearning, instructor-led training, blended learning, and on-demand solutions.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create high-quality content that aligns with organizational objectives and enhances employee performance.
  • Approach business issues, research topics, or tasks with the goal of adding value to everything you do.
What does success look like as our Instructional Design Specialist?
  • Develop engaging, interactive learning materials such as eLearning courses, videos, simulations, and assessments.
  • Create instructor-led training materials, including facilitator guides, participant materials, and presentations.
  • Design blended learning solutions that combine online and in-person learning experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with instructional design authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Relias learning management systems (LMS) and eLearning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.

Base pay is based on several factors, including education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments, while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data.
