About the location:

About the role:
The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for delivering outstanding quality and service to Onyx guests. In this position, you will be entrusted with providing an expertly crafted beverage or dining experience, anticipating guests' needs, and showcasing your expertise on menu options to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an enjoyable dining experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
- Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer thoughtful suggestions and respond promptly to guest concerns and requests.
- Assist in clearing and resetting tables in accordance with service standards.
- An engaging personality and a proactive approach to assigned tasks.
- A strong understanding and knowledge of food and wine.
- Experience in a Luxury Resort and Hotel setting is considered an asset.
