Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare the dining area and ensure that all settings meet the specified requirements.
  2. Serve food and beverage selections to guests following established protocols.
  3. Arrange dining tables, buffets, and service stations in accordance with event specifications or directives.
  4. Effectively communicate guest requests and feedback to the management team.
  5. Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, storage areas, and service equipment.
  6. Support inventory management and monitor waste in the service area.
  7. Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing guest needs.
  8. Adhere to safe work practices in all job functions.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; one to three months of experience in banquet service or related training; or a combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age to comply with state regulations regarding alcohol service.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Exhibits positive energy and motivation.
  • Familiarity with banquet service procedures.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.

Skills and Attributes:

Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing excellent service.

Education and Experience:

Relevant experience in food and beverage service is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Compliance with local licensing requirements is necessary.
