We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of behavioral health programs and services for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the State Director in reviewing and updating department materials, including manuals and policies.
- Ensure compliance with client payor plan rules and regulations.
- Provide direct supervision and monitoring of clinic assistants and schedulers.
- Complete new assessments for incoming youth and assign them to caseload coverage.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to complete all PIPs/CAPs.
- Track key performance indicators to identify proficiencies and deficiencies within the line.
- Report and maintain staffing needs to the State Director.
- Participate in director-level meetings to promote growth and line stability.
- Model and train staff in Applied Behavior Analytic methodology.
- Serve as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise on behavior analytic strategy implementation.
- Understand and maintain assigned budgetary goals and growth metrics.
- Oversee behavior plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
- Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results.
- Doctoral or master's degree in psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Three to five years of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail.
