- Case Documentation
- Collaborate with clients to collect and organize relevant documents and information related to their case.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed case files, ensuring all necessary information is documented and easily accessible.
- Case Management
- Work closely with our legal team to ensure cases are managed efficiently and effectively, identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns.
- Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure timely and successful resolution of cases.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a legal or healthcare setting.
- Fluent bilingual skills in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools and experience with case management software.
