Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. As a Senior Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing case management services to participants in the Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP). This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization that values professionalism, dedication, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement case management plans for ISAP participants in accordance with program requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with participants to monitor progress and provide support.
  • Manage participant records, including data entry and maintenance of accurate and complete case files.
  • Administer security plans for the office, including daily operations, security contingencies, and emergency response plans.
  • Collaborate with participants to identify and access community resources, including transportation, medical, educational, and social services.
  • Supervise participants while in the office and establish schedules for participants that include recreation, life skills, counseling, and other activities.
  • Conduct home visits to verify participant residences and make referrals for emergency counseling as needed.
  • Perform monthly audits to ensure compliance with the Quality Control Plan and contractual obligations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as sociology, psychology, or social work.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service or case management, preferably in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or working with multicultural clients.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
  • United States citizenship required.
  • Ability to receive client approval to work on contract and live in the US for at least three of the last five years.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a typical office environment with some local travel and the ability to be available after hours. The use of standard office equipment, such as computers, keyboards, and telephones, is required. Bending, stooping, and use of hands and fingers to install electronic monitoring equipment are also necessary.
