Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest cleanliness standards in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Evaluate: Conduct thorough inspections of our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Correct cleanliness deficiencies, replace linens, shower curtains, and unit amenities as needed, and perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Support: Assist our housekeeping team members with their duties, provide guidance and feedback, and help to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on the quality of our housekeeping services, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to ensure our high standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Age and Background: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Attitude and Skills: Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
