Administrative Support Specialist

Administrative/Household Personal Assistant:
- Will start out as part-time role and move into a full-time role as training progresses.
Job Description:
Administrative:
- Bank deposit runs.
- Tracking, paying, and logging bills: Home and Business.
- Communications: Texts and email deciphering.
- Keeping us on track with schedules and events.
Household Side:
- Meals and preparation:
- Preparing and heating up meals.
- Mail gathering, sorting, and delivering.
- Running errands.
- Cleaning House:
- Washing, drying, and putting away dishes - Dishwasher provided for most dishes.
- Washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothes.
- Vacuuming and mopping house.
- Wiping down countertops, sinks, showers, toilets, etc. with disinfecting cleaners.
- Cleaning and putting up items around the house as needed.
Qualifications:
- Able to fully give allotted time and focus to the needs listed above while on the job with no detractions or phone time for personal use while on the clock.
- Previous cleaning, meal preparing, childcare experience preferred.
- Coachable person willing to learn and do things the way we ask, while offering solutions for more effective means where necessary.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with great attitude.
