We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook/Garde Manger to join our team at Cornerstone: Bistro & Artisanal Market in Wayne, PA.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong, experienced lead line cook to take on a key role in our kitchen. As a Line Cook/Garde Manger, you will be responsible for managing your prep list, communicating with the team on food inventory, and ensuring your walk-in is fully-stocked and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your prep list and communicate with the team on food inventory
  • Properly execute the menu
  • Own restaurant cleanliness by setting up the opening shift for success and closing with confidence that the kitchen is prepared for the next day
  • Follow health department standards
  • Stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Work with a fast-paced environment, communicating with your peers to ensure culinary excellence at all points of the shift
