About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SRE/PSM professional to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our production systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with onshore, nearshore, and offshore team members to resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and customers to understand their needs and provide support and guidance as required.
  • Participate in regular business meetings and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with Dev Teams and business partners.
  • Provide application support during off-hours and weekends as needed, using application and infrastructure monitors to ensure production systems stability.
  • Escalate and resolve application issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct review, analysis, and coding changes implementation on production issue tickets.
  • Collaborate with application Dev Teams to identify and implement automation and process improvements.
  • Follow established release processes for any code changes.
