Job Title: Account Manager

This position provides exceptional customer service to beMatrix customers. The Account Manager provides comprehensive service to clients from point of quote creation through invoicing. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while providing accurate product availability information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
  • Complaint Resolution: Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's orders.
  • Client Representation: Act as the client's representative to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience.
  • Quote and Order Management: Manage the quote and order creation process within the client-provided deadlines.
  • Document Review: Review and verify sales agreements and supplied documents, including quotes, timelines, shipping, approvals, and deposits.
  • Information Accuracy: Ensure that all information entered in ERP is accurate and details are provided.
  • Deposit Collection: Collect deposits, based on terms, on orders before sending to the production department.
  • Schedule Confirmation: Confirm the schedule for product pickup date and time.
  • Client Satisfaction: Provide an exceptional level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of the exhibition industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work in multiple computer systems and programs, including MS Office Suite, ERP, and CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time Management: Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Travel: 1-2 domestic business trips per year may be required.
