Customer Service Specialist

Adecco US, Inc. is currently seeking a **Customer Service Specialist** to support our esteemed client in their operations.
**Type:** Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
**Pay Rate:** $22.00 per hour
**Schedule:** 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid model, requiring in-office presence two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by processing service terminations, returns, and upgrades.
- Efficiently handle credit and rebill requests.
- Respond to incoming communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Provide assistance with billing inquiries and clarify billing statements for customers.
- Process customer payments and address collection issues.
- Issue credits and perform basic troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Proven track record of meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
