Key Responsibilities:

As an Automotive Service Specialist, your role will include:

  • Mounting, balancing, and installing tires while continuously expanding your automotive knowledge and technical skills.
  • Executing various repairs, including fluid flushes, visual inspections, belt and hose replacements, battery testing, and general automotive maintenance.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of test equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with shop guidelines.
  • Working a full-time schedule of five days per week, typically including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Sundays off and an additional day off during the week based on business needs.
Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as an automotive technician.
  • A valid driver's license with a strong driving record, capable of operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
  • Authorization to work in the USA.
