As an Automotive Service Specialist, your role will include:
- Mounting, balancing, and installing tires while continuously expanding your automotive knowledge and technical skills.
- Executing various repairs, including fluid flushes, visual inspections, belt and hose replacements, battery testing, and general automotive maintenance.
- Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of test equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with shop guidelines.
- Working a full-time schedule of five days per week, typically including Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, with Sundays off and an additional day off during the week based on business needs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician.
- A valid driver's license with a strong driving record, capable of operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
