Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with claim-related challenges and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday between 7:00am-6:00pm and occasional weekends.
