Data Reporting Analyst Job Description
The University of Cincinnati is seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join its team. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data analytic support for the College of Medicine to support and maintain system data between various University of Cincinnati databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and collect data to help develop reports that meet UC COM/UC Physicians, Inc. objectives.
- Perform system analysis, data analysis, or programming using Excel, Access, and SQL server.
- Identify data-related problems and solve them to ensure high-quality data is collected and maintained.
- Process data and develop reports on various projects, conceptualizing data and presenting it effectively to the team and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with business users and IT/Data Engineering teams to manage projects, prioritize development, and increase information product functionality.
- Develop and prepare information products for the organization, including database design, security, data storage, and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
- One year of database management or related experience.
- Familiarity with Access, SQL Server (SSMS), PowerBI, and other data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
