Surgical Pathologist Position at the University of Cincinnati

The University of Cincinnati College of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Pathologist to join our team. As a Surgical Pathologist, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by interpreting biopsy and surgical specimens.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in surgical pathology case review and interpretation, with preparation of diagnostic pathology reports.
- Provide consultations to other physicians regarding diagnoses and medical implications.
- Participate in on-call coverage and multidisciplinary conferences aligned with clinical service responsibilities.
- Teach pathology residents, medical students, and fellows.
- Attend sectional/divisional/departmental meetings and educational events.
Requirements
- Medical degree (M.D., M.D./Ph.D., or D.O. degree).
- Completion of a three-year (anatomic pathology) or four-year (anatomic and clinical pathology) residency program.
- Board-certification or eligibility in Anatomic Pathology.
- Licensure by the State of Ohio Medical Board.
