Required Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; Master’s degree preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


• Strong grasp of analytical techniques and statistical principles.


• Proficient in writing clear and efficient code, particularly in Python or R.


• Experience in crafting and optimizing SQL queries.


• Skilled in conducting thorough exploratory data analysis.


• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.


• Initiative in problem-solving and completing assignments within reasonable timeframes.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills


• Familiarity with Warranty Analytics and/or Diesel Engine analytics is advantageous.


• Experience in model development using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Transformer.


• Programming skills in Python, C#, or Java.


• Knowledge of non-relational database systems.


• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
