Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Par Mar Oil Company. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our stores, working closely with the Store Manager to ensure seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Provide guidance and support to store employees to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Store Operations
    • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Sales and Profit Growth
    • Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail management experience preferred.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent customer service skills.
    • Valid state driver's license and an insured vehicle.
