Overview

US Foods is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Working Conditions

The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
