We are currently seeking dedicated and empathetic Senior Care Assistants to join our vibrant retirement community. Our Care Partners play a crucial role in delivering personalized care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Foster independence by providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Encourage participation in engaging activities that promote mental and physical well-being.
  • Facilitate open communication among healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a positive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Certification as a Caregiver in Arizona is required.
  • Prior experience in caregiving is preferred, particularly in Memory Care settings.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Fingerprint clearance card or readiness to acquire one.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
