Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients during admissions, transfers, and discharges. Regularly check on patients to ensure their personal care needs are met according to their preferences and care plans. Review care plans daily to identify any necessary adjustments to the patients' care routines.

Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Arizona CNA license prior to employment. Current CPR certification and fingerprint clearance card are required. A minimum of six months of experience as a CNA or LNA is preferred, with experience in Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or Transitional Rehabilitation being advantageous.
