Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving business results, and engaging with customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that customers receive excellent service and have a positive experience in our store.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to improve store performance, develop action plans, and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Community Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with the local community, promoting MOD Pizza's values and mission.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years of General Manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience with inventory management and staff scheduling.
  • Certifications: Food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification required within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College education in business or a related field may be substituted for some experience.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and experience with customer service and conflict resolution.
Working Conditions

High noise levels due to operations, customers, and overhead music. May be indoor or outdoor setting depending on store. Will work near moving or mechanical parts. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, and extended hours as business dictates. Will work inside a walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
