Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and build new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to clients.
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to improve their performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and reports.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
