Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our accounts receivable department. The successful candidate will oversee the full cycle of the accounts receivable process, including collections, cash application, and timely management of all AR aging components.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, and cash application.
  • Oversee accounts receivable staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to meet accounting department goals.
  • Streamline processes to increase organizational efficiency and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor invoicing procedures, perform credit checks, and interact with customers to resolve any issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, identifying and reconciling any discrepancies.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable Manager or Supervisor position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with standard accounting and administrative software.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Candidate must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.
