Job Summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Training Instructor I/II to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content
  • Develop and deliver training programs on various topics, including technical skills, soft skills, and business processes
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them achieve their career goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, training and development, or business
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Knowledge of training delivery methods, including classroom, online, and blended learning
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of employees and stakeholders
  • Experience with training evaluation and assessment methods
