Position Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with the retail team to manage essential customer responsibilities for residential key accounts, overseeing the entire process from order entry to payment.

- Ensure Sika is recognized as a dependable and professional supplier through effective cooperation with sales and support teams.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of order requirements for each key customer to maintain a superior level of service.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to quality, availability, and timely shipments via customer portals.

- Serve as a liaison among internal departments to guarantee that customer order requests are processed and fulfilled promptly.

- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to reach satisfactory resolutions.

- Communicate with key customers to quote and process daily and special orders.

- Handle RMAs, credits, and rebills within required timeframes.

- Identify and resolve EDI errors daily to ensure a seamless order process.

- Collaborate with the management team to comprehend overall strategy and implement it effectively.

- Foster strong communication with key customer personnel by providing timely and accurate information regarding orders and processes.

- Support special projects and initiatives, including promotions and seasonal orders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related area.

- Proficient in SAP with familiarity in the EDI process.

- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
