We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in guiding and supporting our Care Coordinators (and other program staff) as they deliver exceptional mental health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and render accurate diagnoses.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to Care Coordinators, ensuring adherence to OMHAS-defined CPST and TBS service standards. This includes facilitating staff development, conducting weekly or monthly team meetings, and providing individual supervision during home visits or other relevant settings.
  • Monitor staff productivity and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
  • Review and approve case files, including case openings, ISPs, 90-day treatment reviews, case notes, and case closings. Ensure accuracy and compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor staff in documentation skills, emphasizing adherence to agency guidelines and program deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Possess an LCSW, LISW, or LICSW license in any state; Ohio licensure is a plus.
  • Experience working in medical settings or long-term care facilities is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
  • Familiarity with geriatric psych needs, including adjustment issues and dementia.
  • Exceptional empathy, compassion, and communication skills.
