About the Position

The SAP Coordinator position is a key role within the Kenco Group, responsible for providing support to SAP-related tasks for the site and customer. This individual will serve as the vital link between end users, support organizations, and businesses, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and process inbound deliveries within SAP from outside tollers.
  • Process inbound deliveries in SAP from other customer locations.
  • Manually pick specific outbound deliveries to improve warehouse picking processes.
  • Review failed deliveries and prioritize them accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot failed deliveries and push through or notify necessary resources to complete.
  • Assist the SAP Power User in daily tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate customer returns and maintain SAP user accounts for all warehouse personnel.
  • Participate in customer-related IT projects and provide SAP Warehouse Management support for other customer locations.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years' clerical experience preferred; experience with SAP Warehouse Management preferred, but other warehouse system experience is acceptable if similar duties were carried out for that system.
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as data entry and typing ability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment, manage stress, and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
  • Available to work extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to develop rapport with customers and maintain strong working relationships with employees.
