Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Legal Specialist to join our team at Agile Global Solutions, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Legal Department with various matters related to regulatory filings and monitoring, as well as Market Participant registration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Legal Department with regulatory filings and monitoring, including Market Participant registration
  • Analyze situations or data to provide accurate and timely information
  • Contribute to specific objectives and outcomes as directed
  • Monitor and prepare daily reports of industry filings submitted in relevant Public Utility Commission of Texas and federal proceedings
  • Handle routine filings with state and federal agencies and courts
  • Assist with the membership registration process
  • Review Market Participant applications and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper signatures
  • Assist with ensuring timely and accurate processing of Market Participant registration matters
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years applicable work experience in excess of degree requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate's Degree (Preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Work Location

This position is Hybrid, requiring on-site presence in Austin, TX at least 2-3 days per week, or more, as needed based on business needs.
