Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring proceedings, preparing and filing procedural and regulatory filings, and assisting in administering Market Participant registration matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the client Legal Department with regulatory filings and monitoring, and Market Participant registration
  • Analyze situations or data to determine the best course of action
  • Contribute to specific objectives and outcomes as directed
  • Work collaboratively with the client Legal Department to achieve goals
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years applicable/job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
