About the Job
As an Executive Assistant/Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team at Recruit Monitor. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to our agents and branches, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments, promote tools, and onboard new agents to ensure a seamless transition.
- Process paperwork, manage office supplies, and maintain branch workrooms and equipment.
- Assist sales managers with recruiting packages, troubleshoot agent ordering, and submit Help Desk Tickets for tech support.
- Train new agents on business systems, technology, and paperwork procedures.
Transaction Support
- Process earnest money and commission check deposits and coordinate files with the TC team.
Qualifications
- An associates degree or 3-5 years of branch operations experience is preferred.
- A proven ability to work well with diverse groups, maintain a positive attitude, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Outlook, social media platforms, and training one-on-one or in small groups.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work independently.
Salary Estimate
This role pays an estimated $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
