Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a customized and fulfilling experience for members through various engagement techniques, employing sales expertise to comprehend their financial needs and connect them with appropriate solutions. Ensure precise processing of transactions and account openings while promoting credit union offerings. Aim to meet or surpass sales referral objectives for additional services. Uphold professionalism and comply with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop trusted relationships, manage tasks effectively, and collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external teams. Stay informed about industry developments and innovations. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service or financial role
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on member satisfaction and conflict resolution
  • Willingness to work on Saturdays
  • Adherence to financial regulations and organizational policies

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 10 pounds. Vision capabilities necessary include close vision and color perception.
