Job Summary

Zepf Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and families through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Intake and Scheduling:

Screen patients to identify eligibility for services, collect and enter demographic and insurance information, and ensure all intake information is available for diagnostic assessments.

  • Scheduling Medical Appointments:

Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, obtain and enter accurate demographic information, schedule appointments correctly, and inform patients of items to bring to appointments.

  • Liaison and Support:

Direct calls to other departments as needed, send communication to clinical staff, and use sound judgment in handling calls, especially with upset patients.

  • Service and Support:

Make reminder calls, provide assistance with other clerical duties, observe and obtain information from relevant sources, and protect patient health information for confidentiality and authorized access.

Requirements
  • Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Experience:

Two years of experience in a similar role preferred.

  • Skills:

Highly computer proficient and excellent communication skills.
