Job Summary

The Dean of Business Division is a key leadership position responsible for the administration of the business division, overseeing faculty and staff recruitment, development, and evaluation, as well as course and program development, review, and evaluation. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, leadership, and supervision to the division, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education services to students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement divisional goals, objectives, and policies in alignment with the College's strategic plan.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to faculty and staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education services.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new programs and courses, ensuring alignment with industry needs and College goals.
  • Manage divisional budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other administrators, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of engagement, empowerment, and inclusivity.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to promote the College's programs and services.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the division remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a discipline or field within the division or related field.
  • 4-10 years of related teaching and/or administrative experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
