Job Summary

As a Subway Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Subway restaurant. This includes managing staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and dining areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Train and develop employees to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to meet budget targets.
  • Monitor sales, profits, and expenses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing customer complaints and feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Requirements
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
