About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective execution of our business plan, creating a positive working environment, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Profitability: Execute our business plan to drive sales and profitability, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous Management Experience: Previous management experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and corporate management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
